I am so upset! I finally found a stylist who New what they were doing! Lisa was great. I had an appointment for December 6th just before a big event I have . I did t even get a call that this location was closing and that I couldn't have my appointment! I just found out this morning you closed by an email! Not only am I upset but now I need to find a new place just before my big event and worry about if a new place is going to be able to do the same as Lisa! The least you could do is put me in contact with her. Not only is she out of a job just before the holidays but now has to re build her clients , real nice!

You just called me 2 days ago to tell me the spa was closing - and I wouldn't get a refund. I am disgusted with the customer service here. You knew your place was closing why would you want until the day it closes to all people that had appointments. This was a gift for a friend - how embarrassing is this? I will NEVER go to any other or your spas if this is how you handle your customers. I expect a full refund in cash for my gift card and the services I had booked. When I asked I was told you would get back in touch with me. Its over $100 which is alot of money during the holiday season. I am putting this all over social media - I can not believe how back handed this was especially during the holiday season. Shame on your company and I will continue to pursue getting my money back!!!!!

I have been coming to Green Tangerine for about two months. I was introduced to Lisa there and she was very nice. She developed a plan for me and I was coming in for conditioning treatment about every other week. Unfortunately she left abruptly and I had a completely opposite experience. The entire appointment was awkward. No one knew what conditioning treatment I was talking about. My hair wasn’t even washed. I was told that the glaze was put in but my hair looked and felt the same as prior to that glaze. I was charged 52$ for 15 minutes of whatever they did. It felt like they were trying to get rid of me the whole time. Oh yes, I also used to get a complementary marocan oil sample bottle. This time when I asked I was told that they never gave those out, while I still have one left in my purse. I am so sad, humiliated, disappointed. To ad to this experience I was repeatedly asked if Lisa brought me here from her previous salon? What? But that’s not all, they are closing for “remodeling”. This is the worst hair care experience I have ever had in my life. I had to come home wash my hair and make an appointment with another salon to fix what they did. Very unprofessional, rude and overpriced!!!!

Another great experience with Lis! She always does an amazing job! Loved the rose gold we did this time. In addition it was an open house and got a great little goodie bag and won one of the raffle prizes!!

Leigh is amazing! I've been 2 times now, after years of being at a different salon & I love my hair! The environment of the salon is great - very relaxing! Love the reclining wash chairs too. All services I've received so far have been wonderful!!

Thank you thank you for all that you do! I have never left a hair appointment feeling confident and satisfied with the results but yesterday I have never been so happy!! My hair stylist did an absolutely amazing job. She has helped me feel older, beautiful, and more confident in myself and I cannot thank her enough. You guys are amazing!
